Keynote Speaker 1:
Prof. Li Qingquan, Shenzhen University, China
Li Qingquan born in 1965 in Anhui Province, graduated from the Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping in 1988. He served as the vice president of the Technical University and later became executive vice president of Wuhan University in 2009. Li is also the leading expert in geological information systems and intellectual transportation.
Prof. Qingquan Li is professor of 3S (GIS, GPS and remote sensing). He is the president of Shenzhen University, and the director of Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Spatial Smart Sensing and Services. Prof. Li was with the State Key Laboratory for Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing, and the executive vice-president of Wuhan University. His research interests are GIS-T, three dimensional and dynamic data modeling, location-based services, ITS, and surveying engineering, etc. Prof. Li has published 4 books, around 400 papers, and owns about 20 patents in his research field.

Prof. Wang Shuliang, Beijing Institute of Technology, China
Shuliang Wang, PhD, a scientist in data science and software engineering, is a professor in Beijing Institute of Technology in China. His research interests include spatial data mining, and software engineering. For his innovatory study of spatial data mining, he was awarded the Fifth Annual InfoSci-Journals Excellence in Research Awards of IGI Global, IEEE Outstanding Contribution Award for Granular Computing, and one of China’s National Excellent Doctoral Thesis Prizes.

Prof. Huada Daniel Ruan, Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC), China
Research interest
• Synthesis, activation, modification and characterization of nanomaterials, their applications as sorbents, catalysts, medications, pigments, additives in environment, agriculture, chemistry and medicine, and their commercialization
• Applications of modified mineral-waste and organic-waste materials for the removals of heavy metals and toxic organic compounds in relation to environmental remediation
